Ipamorelin is a peptide that consists of a five-amino acid chain. It’s primarily known as a secretagogue. It stimulates the pituitary gland to release more growth hormone but without an increase in cortisol, acetylcholine, prolactin, and aldosterone seen with other growth hormone peptides. Ipamorelin peptide can mimic ghrelin. Ghrelin is a substance that is naturally produced in the body and is known as the hunger hormone. Ipamorelin does not trigger the release of ghrelin, it acts similarly, meaning that it stimulates the appetite and helps aid the metabolism and other aspects of your health.
Ipamorelin has been shown to:
Increased Lean Muscle Mass
Improve bone density
Increased Energy, Strength, & Stamina
Faster Recovery Time
Reduction of Body Fat and Speed up Fat Metabolism
Slows Aging Process
Improves Skin Tone & Texture
Boosts Cardiovascular System
Boosts Immune Health
Improve your Sleep

Ipamorelin peptide stimulates the production of pituitary gland-based expression of secretions related to growth amongst animal test subjects. Ipamorelin has the ability to boost the production of IGF-1, or Insulin-like Growth Factor 1 and plays a key role in the overall growth and repair of muscular and skeletal tissue.
It also works to mimic ghrelin. Ghrelin is the hunger hormone which helps stimulate your appetite. Ipamorelin has been shown to help with gaining or maintaining lean muscle mass, boosting your immune system, having a better functioning and efficient metabolism, experiencing anti-ageing properties, or increasing your overall energy. Ipamorelin has been shown to also have a positive effect on bone growth in rats.
Ipamorelin acts on the anterior pituitary gland. Ipamorelin’s is very similar to GHRP-2, being a growth hormone secretagogue, with the ability to stimulate the natural production of growth hormone rather than introducing synthetic agents.
Like GHRP-6 and GHRP-2, Ipamorelin acts synergistically with growth hormone-releasing hormone or any of its analogies, like Sermorelin or CJC-1295, to achieve a very potent release of growth hormone.
It has been possible to administer Ipamorelin with other growth hormone-releasing peptides such as Sermorelin and CJC-125 to achieve an additive positive effect on growth hormone release.
Sermorelin and CJC-125 VS ipamorelin
Sermorelin, CJC-125 and ipamorelin peptides are very similar in that both peptides stimulate the natural secretion of growth hormone, but they do so via different receptors. Sermorelin is best at extending growth hormone peaks and prolonging the amount of time that growth hormone levels are elevated while preserving the normal pulsatile secretion of growth hormone throughout that day. Ipamorelin is better at dramatically raising growth hormone levels, sometimes by as much as 13 times above baseline levels. Ipamorelin has dramatic but short-lived effects on growth hormone levels.
