BPC-157 & TB-500 is a two-vial recovery research stack — informally known as the “Wolverine stack” — pairing the two most-studied tissue-repair peptides. It is supplied as two separate 5mg vials, not pre-mixed.

The two are paired because they work on different scales: BPC-157 acts locally at the site of injury, while TB-500 works systemically across the whole body. Each has been studied individually in animal research for:

  • BPC-157 — tendon, ligament and muscle repair; angiogenesis; collagen; gut lining
  • TB-500 — whole-body recovery; cell migration; soft-tissue and muscle regeneration
  • both — angiogenesis and modulating inflammation

Researchers pair them because these mechanisms are complementary rather than overlapping. It is worth being clear that this rationale comes from each compound’s individual research — the combination itself has not been directly tested in a published study.

What is the BPC-157 & TB-500 stack?

It pairs two tissue-repair research peptides — BPC-157 and TB-500 (a Thymosin Beta-4 fragment) — supplied as two separate 5mg vials. It is informally known as the “Wolverine stack” for its focus on recovery research. The two are combined because each works at a different scale of tissue repair.

What are the benefits of stacking BPC-157 and TB-500?

Each compound has been studied individually in animal research for a different part of the repair process:

  • Localised repair (BPC-157) — tendon, ligament and gut-lining research at the site of injury
  • Systemic recovery (TB-500) — whole-body cell migration and soft-tissue regeneration
  • Angiogenesis — both have been studied for new blood-vessel formation
  • Inflammation — both have been studied for modulating the inflammatory response

The stack is researched on the basis that these cover both the local and the whole-body side of tissue repair.

Has the BPC-157 and TB-500 combination been studied directly?

No. As of 2026 there is no published peer-reviewed study testing BPC-157 and TB-500 together in any model — cell, animal or human. The individual evidence for each compound is substantial and replicated in animal research, but the rationale for pairing them is mechanistic: it is based on what each does on its own, not on a study of the combination. Because the two share overlapping repair pathways, isolating the effect of the combination is also difficult to design cleanly.

Why are BPC-157 and TB-500 used together?

Because their mechanisms are complementary rather than overlapping. BPC-157 acts locally — promoting angiogenesis and collagen at a specific injury site — while TB-500 acts systemically, supporting cell migration and regeneration across many tissues at once. The pairing is studied on the reasoning that covering both scales addresses more of the repair process than either alone.

Should BPC-157 and TB-500 be mixed in one vial?

They are supplied here as two separate 5mg vials, and there is a practical reason for that. There is no published compatibility or stability data for the two peptides combined in a single solution, so keeping them separate is the conservative handling choice. It also keeps the ratio between them independent, and allows each to be reconstituted, stored and used on its own. Pre-mixed blends are sold elsewhere; separate vials simply remove the stability question and leave the researcher in control.
